Nancy Dewar is the Director of Coach Strategy at Bond Brand Loyalty and owner of Inspire Coaching and Facilitation, with over 25 years of experience in facilitation, design and coaching across a variety of industries, to include CPG, retail, automotive, insurance and many more. Clients Nancy has worked with include; Nestle, Cadbury, Energizer, Janssen, Maple Leaf Foods, Rogers, Kraft, L’Oreal, AT&T, Nespresso and Ford.
Nancy is known specifically for her strategic thinking and design of change management solutions and cultural initiatives as well as her Coaching and Mindfulness focus. Nancy holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus in Adult Learning. She is a certified training and development professional, a Certified Coach and Certified Sales professional. She is a former Professor where she taught Sales and Marketing, and has done many key notes in regards to employee motivation and engagement.
